As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Prepare Design Documentation, Including The Construction Design And Technical Design(S), Cost Estimate(S) Together With The Bill Of Quantities(S) Of The Works, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works Together With Obtaining A Final Decision On The Construction Permit Or Notification Of The Works - For The Entire Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular In The Functional And Utility Program, And Also Prepare A Material And Financial Schedule For Approval By The Ordering Party, Based On Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Stage I; 2) Perform Construction Works, Based On The Project Documentation - Cost Estimate, Developed And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point (A). A) Above, And Obtaining A Valid Decision On The Building Permit Or Notification Of Works, And Obtaining A Valid Use Permit Or Notification Of Completion Of Works - Stage Ii.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), Consisting Of: Functional And Utility Program With Annexes, Conservation Work Program And Conservation Permit.4. It Is Desirable That Before Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Conducts A Local Inspection Of The Area Where The Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Will Be Located. Conducting A Visit Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer In This Procedure. The Costs Of Inspecting The Construction Site Will Be Borne By The Contractor. 5. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With This Swz, The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz), The Draft Agreement And In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Obligation To Perform Works In Accordance With The Above Documents Does Not Release The Contractor From, Among Others: From The Obligation To Verify This Documentation During The Term Of The Contract And Report To The Ordering Party Any Defects Or Omissions Detected Therein, Resulting In The Possibility Of Non-Compliance With The Terms Of The Contract Or Violation Of Legal Provisions.6. From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Events That Occur During The Execution Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Responsible For All Damage Caused To Anyone During Or In Connection With The Construction, Unless There Is No Causal Relationship Between The Performance Of The Works And The Damage Caused.
