Tenders Are Invited For An Order Consisting In A One-Time Technical Inspection (Service) Of The Haux Starmed 2500/5.5/Sc3 And Haux Oxyster 1000 Hyperbaric Chamber System.
Package 1 Carrying Out A One-Time Technical Inspection And Service Of The Haux Starmed 2500/5.5/Sc3 Hyperbaric Chamber System And Performing Any Other Activities Related To Carrying Out An Effective Inspection And Service That Are Not Clearly Described In Table No. 1. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Table No. 1 In Chapter 5.3. Swz. After The Inspection And Service, The Contractor Is Obliged To Issue A Written Confirmation Of The Activities Performed Along With A Protocol Confirming The Efficiency Of The Equipment And The Approval For Operation Of The Hyperbaric Chamber System For The Next 12 Months. The Contractor Provides A 12-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Activities Performed. The Contractor, Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Secures And Includes In The Price Of The Service All Parts And Materials Needed To Carry Out A Technical Inspection And Service Of The Hyperbaric Chamber System.
