Data Regarding The Building Covered By The Works: - The Building Of The Village Community Center Located On Plot No. 32/1 In Kadziak In The Jarocin Commune, Jarocin Poviat (The Building Of The Community Center Is Adjacent To The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department And Together They Form One Block Divided By A Fire Protection Separation Wall), - Development Area Of The Village Hall: 201.62 M² - Does Not Change During The Implementation Of The Task, Usable Area: 162.69 M² - Does Not Change During The Implementation Of The Task. The Scope Of The Task Includes The Reconstruction Of The Building, Which Includes Increasing The Area And Number Of Window Openings In The Front And Rear Walls, Rebuilding The Walls And Roof Of The Technical Room And Rebuilding The Roof Over The Toilets Without Changing The Buildings Surface, Spatial Layout And Architectural Form. Windows Made In The Warm Installation System With Roller Blinds. Thermal Modernization And Accompanying Works Will Include Mainly: - Replacement Of The Main Heat Source (Coal-Fired Boiler) With An Air-To-Water Heat Pump, - Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels And Energy Storage, - Installation Of An Underfloor Heating System, - Modernization Of The Domestic Hot Water Installation, - Insulation Of External And Foundation Walls, - Insulation Along With The Installation Of A New Covering And Slope Layers. Flat Roof, - Construction Of New Floors With A Thermal Insulation Layer, - New External Doors Will Be Installed In A Warm Assembly System, - Modernization Of Internal Lighting, - Installation Of A Lightning Protection System, - Grounding Installation, - Structural Installation And Monitoring Installation, - Antenna Installation, - Alarm And Access Control Installation; - Landscaping Of The Area In Terms Of Sidewalk And Fencing. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials And Devices (Purchased Or Manufactured By The Contractor), Brand New And Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Meeting The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In Construction.
