1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of An Investment In The Design And Build Formula, Consisting In The Construction Of An External Elevator Shaft Along With The Delivery And Installation Of A Passenger Elevator At The School Building In Szewce.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of: 1) Design Documentation In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program And Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements And Permits; 2) Construction Works In Accordance With The Design And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 3) As-Built Documentation. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Investment Covered By The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To: 1) Develop Design Documentation Which Should Include: A) Construction Design Consisting Of Three Parts: Plot Or Area Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design And Technical Design; B) Cost Estimate Tender;C) Detailed Design;D) Detailed Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;E) Quality Assurance Program;F) Schedule For The Execution Of Construction Works.2) Obtain All Legally Required Arrangements, Opinions, Derogations, Permits And Documentation Approvals And Report The Works To The Competent Authority, Including In Particular Those Necessary For Acceptance And Use Of The Device, And Obtain An Occupancy Permit. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Specification - Annex No. 1 To Swz. The Functional And Utility Program Constitutes Guidelines For Preparing Design Documentation, Determining The Planned Costs Of Works And Carrying Out Construction And Installation Works. A Platform Crane With A Cabin Mounted In A Prefabricated, Enclosed Shaft Should Be Used. The Lift Should Meet All Requirements For The Transport Of Disabled People In Wheelchairs. The Crane Should Meet All Standards Presented In The Functional And Utility Program. The Device Should Be Compliant With, Among Others, Pn-En 81-41:2025-05, As Well As With The Applicable European Parliament Lift Directive Regarding Lifts And Safety Elements For Lifts. A Platform Crane With A Closed Cabin Should Be Used, I.E. A Solution In Which The Transport Of People Will Take Place In A Cabin Closed With A Door. The Use Of An Unenclosed Platform Moving In The Shaft Is Not Allowed. The Boundary Requirements For The Cabin Are Presented In The Functional And Utility Program. The Lifting Device Accepted For Implementation Should Comply With Applicable Legal Provisions, As Well As The Relevant Directives Of The European Parliament That Concern The Subject Of The Order.3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That When Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Refer
