The Subject Of The Order Is The Management Of Large-Size Waste With Code 20 03 07 Coming From Pszok At Ul. 1-Go Maja In Strzyżów And Collected From Property Owners Residing In The Strzyżów Commune And Frysztak Commune, Serviced In The Field Of Municipal Waste Collection By The Ordering Party. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Code 20 03 07 Handed Over To The Contractor For Management During The Term Of The Contract Is: 1) The Basic Scope Specifies The Management Of Waste Code 20 03 07 In An Amount Of 200 Mg, 2) The Scope Covered By The Option Right Specifies The Management Of Waste Code 20 03 07 In An Amount Up To 180 Mg, Subject To The Option Right.2. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right Specified In Art. 441 Pzp If It Is In The Interest Of The Ordering Party And Results From Its Current Needs - After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order.3. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2026.4. In September 2026, When Waste Will Be Collected From Residents, The One-Time Amount Of Waste Transferred For Management Will Be Much Higher Than That Delivered To The Contractor During The Year.5. The Ordering Party Will Deliver The Waste Using Its Own Transport At Its Own Expense. The Waste Will Be Delivered In Its Entirety Without The Crushing Process, By A Moving Floor Semi-Trailer With A Single Loading Of Up To 20 Mg Or By Garbage Trucks With Crushing Capacity With A Single Loading Of Up To 12 Mg. Loading Of Waste Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party.6. Waste Transport Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Road Traffic And Environmental Protection Regulations, And With Equipment That Prevents Waste From Blowing And Spilling During Transport. 7. Waste Will Be Transported To The Place Indicated By The Contractor. Waste Transfer Will Take Place From Monday To Friday On Working Days. The Waste Is Taken Over After The Waste Is Delivered By The Ordering Party To The Contractor.8. At The Time Of Transfer Of Waste By The Ordering Party To The Contractor, The Contractor Assumes Responsibility For The Collected Waste, For Its Proper Handling And For The Resulting Consequences.9.
