The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Medical Care Services For All Employees Of The Ordering Party (Including Occupational Medicine Services) And Their Families As Part Of The Medical Packages Listed Below. The Ordering Party Employs 260 People, Including 68 Women And 192 Men (The Age Structure Of Employees Is Indicated In Point 6). 1) Packages For The Ordering Partys Employees. A) Basic Package With An Estimated Quantity Of 155 Packages. B) Extended Package With An Estimated Number Of 33 Packages. C) Comprehensive Package With An Estimated Number Of 44 Packages. 2) Packages For The Ordering Partys Employees And/Or Their Families. A) 1+1 Package Dedicated To An Employee Of The Ordering Party And One Additional Person Close To The Employee, I.E. A Partner (Husband/Wife Or Common-Law Partner) Or One Child In An Estimated Number Of 23 Packages, Including: -6 Packages In The Basic Scope (Scope Of Services As For The Basic Package), -2 Packages In The Extended Scope (Scope Of Services As For The Extended Package), -15 Packages In The Comprehensive Scope (Scope Services As For The Comprehensive Package). B) Family Package Dedicated To The Ordering Partys Employee And All Persons Close To The Employee, I.E. Partner (Husband/Wife Or Common-Law Partner) And Children Up To 25 Years Of Age. In An Estimated Number Of 5 Packages, Including: -1 Basic Package (Scope Of Services As For The Basic Package), -0 Extended Packages (Scope Of Services As For The Extended Package), -4 Comprehensive Packages (Scope Of Services As For The Comprehensive Package). C) Senior Package Dedicated To Parents, Parents-In-Law, Stepmother, Stepfather Or Partner/Life Partner Of The Employees Parent/Father-In-Law/Mother-In-Law In An Estimated Number Of 0 Packages. The Senior Package Covers One Person (If The Employee Intends To Cover E.G. Both Parents With Medical Care, He Or She Should Choose Two Senior Packages). The Senior Package Does Not Cover An Employee Who Should Be Covered By One Of The Above-Mentioned Medical Packages. 2.
