Commissioning And Implementation With Configuration (Comprehensive Implementation Service);3. Specialized Training E-Service Of Purchased Equipment - 1 Training; 4. Warranty Service And Warranty For Equipment For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months (In Accordance With The Contractors Declaration Included In The Offer Form); The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of It Equipment Along With Its Implementation And Training Services, Intended To Improve Digital Security In The Kowala Commune In Accordance With The Generic And Quantitative Specifications That Constitute The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 2A To Swz - Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Assortment And Price Form And Annex No. 8 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Along With Unloading, Internal Transport, Installation (Configuration) And Commissioning At The Ordering Partys Premises. As Part Of The Delivery, The Delivered Hardware And Software Will Be Identified By The Ordering Partys Representatives; B) Confirmation Of The Commissioning Process And Operational Efficiency Of The Delivered Devices And Completed Installations And Equipment. C) Delivery Of The Following Together With The Subject Of The Order: - A Technical Passport (Specification) And An Operating Manual In Polish, - The Necessary Equipment Specified In The Content Of The Attachments Detailing The Subject Of The Order; D) Covering The Subject Of The Delivery With At Least A 24-Month Warranty And Warranty (Counting From The Date Confirmed In The Protocol Installation, Commissioning And Handover Of The Devices Within A Time Limit Taking Into Account The Ordering Partys Working Hours); E) Ensuring The Response Of The Service Within No More Than Two Business Days From The Moment Of Submitting The Notification By The Ordering Party; F) Providing (Included In The Offer Price) Staff Training - In The Scope Of Operation Of The Offered Subject Of The Order (Applies To Equipment) In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. Or Exhibition, Complete And After Delivery To The Ordering Party, Ready For Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose, Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Incur Additional Financial, Organizational And Technical Outlays.
