The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Cakes And Other Confectionery Products For The Needs Of The Municipal Social Services Center In Wrocław, Divided Into Three Parts Of The Order: 1) Part No. 1: Successive Delivery Of Cakes (I); 2) Part No. 2: Successive Delivery Of Cakes (Ii); 3) Lot No. 3: Successive Delivery Of Other Confectionery Products.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Defined By The Codes Cpv 15810000-9 Bread, Fresh Pastry And Bakery Products, Cpv 15812000-3 Pastry Products And Cakes, Cpv 15812100-4 Pastry Products, Cpv 15812200-5 Cakes.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Goods, Can Be Found In The Price Calculation, Which As Annex No. 3A, 3B And 3C Is An Integral Part Of The Swz.4. The Required Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty Conditions For The Delivered Subject Of The Order - Were Specified In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 4 To The Swz And In The Price Calculation - Annex No. 3A, 3B And 3C To The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.6. In Cases Where The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By The Ordering Party By Reference To The Standards Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law And Art. 101 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Ordering Party Hereby Indicates That It Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Each Such Reference In The Procurement Documents Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.7. The Ordering Party Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Ordering Party Divides The Order Into Parts As Part Of The Current Procedure And Thus Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Pzp.9 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law10. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Food Warehouse Located In The Social Welfare Home At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław. 11. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 1) Order A Smaller Quantity Of Goods Than The Quantities Specified In The Price Calculation For Individual Items; 2) Resign From Some Of The Items Indicated In The Price Calculation, However, Any Reduction In The Quantity Of Goods Cannot Be Greater Than 50% In Relation To The Value Of The Remuneration For The Entire Subject Of The Order Specified As The Contractors Remuneration.
