1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Supply Of Liquid Propane Gas For Heating Purposes In Quantities Resulting From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. Estimated Gas Consumption Over A 24-Month Period Will Be Approximately 314,000 Liters.2. The Amounts Given Above Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Scope Of The Order Due To Actual Consumption And The Possibility Of Making Quantitative Changes According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 433 Points 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates That The Minimum Amount Of Performance Is 60% Of The Basic Order. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Remuneration Or Any Civil Law Claim For The Reduced Amount Of Gas Supplied.3. The Gas Must Meet The Quality Requirements Of The Polish Standards Pn-C-96008:1998, I.E., Among Others: - Hydrocarbon Content % (M/M) - C3 Not Less Than 90 - Calorific Value Kj/Kg - Not Less Than 45,640 - Density At A Temperature Of 15.6 °C, T/M3 - Not Less Than 0.495 - Absolute Vapor Pressure, Mpa, At - 15 °C – Not Less Than 0.204. Gas Will Be Delivered Successively, I.E. According To The Ordering Partys Needs In The Form Of Individual Deliveries On The Ordering Partys Working Days And Hours, I.E. Number And Capacity Of Gas Tanks: 1) In The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Bisztynek, 4 Tanks With A Capacity. 6,400 Liters Each,2) In The Building At Ul. I. Krasickiego 2 In Bisztynek 1 Tank With A Capacity 2,700 Liters,3) In The Mops Building, 2 Tanks With A Capacity 2,700 Liters Each,4) In The Building Of The Village Community Center In Wozławki, 1 Tank With A Capacity 2,700 Liters,5) In The Building Of The Village Community Center In Sątopy, 1 Tank With A Capacity 2,700 Liters.7. During The Execution Of The Order, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Increasing The Delivery Locations Referred To In Section 5 And The Number And Capacity Of Gas Tanks Referred To In Section 6.
