Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Active Hearing Protectors With Communication Function Carried Out On The Basis Of The Project Entitled First Responder - Effective Response Of Services In The Event Of A Cbrn-E Attack

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A One-Off Delivery Of Active Hearing Protectors With A Communication Function, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment, Devices Or Set, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.2. The Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete And Technically Efficient, And After Commissioning, Ready For Use As Intended, Delivered In Original Non-Returnable Packaging Protecting The Elements Against Mechanical Damage.3. In The Proposed Price Of The Equipment, The Contractor Will Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Implementation Of This Contract, Including: Delivery Costs, Payment, Taxes, Customs Fees, Packaging Costs, Possible Discounts And Rebates.4. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Fully Functional And Compatible With The Radiocommunication Equipment Owned By The Ordering Party.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Declaration In Which He Guarantees Full Compatibility Of The Offered System With The Devices Indicated In Annex 2 - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, To Provide One Test Copy Of The Offered Equipment. This Copy Will Be Used To Verify Compatibility And Ergonomics With Battle Helmets Owned By The Ordering Party. The Test Copy Will Be Returned After Verification.7. The Offered Equipment Cannot Be Planned By The Manufacturer To Be Withdrawn From Production Or Sale, It Must Come From Current Production, I.E. The Production Date Cannot Be Earlier Than 2025.8. Devices Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Relevant Sections Of The Mil-Std-810H Military Standard, Comply With The Mil-Std-461G Military Standard And Have A Tightness Class Of At Least Ip68.9. The Equipment Must Be Certified In Accordance With European Standards: En352-1:2020, En 352 4:2020 And En 352-6:2020.10. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Contract Template. 11. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers, Indicating In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence. The Ordering Party Informs That By The Term Equivalent Product Offered He Understands That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Quality, Operational And Technical Requirements Equivalent To Those Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. This Means That An Equivalent Product Must Meet The Technical And Functional Parameters In Relation To The Minimum Requirements Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
