Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Maintenance Services For The Main Exhibition And Temporary Exhibitions At The Headquarters Of The Museum Of Photography In Krakow At Ul. Rakowicka 22A., Along With Comprehensive Service For Visitors In The Field Of Running A Ticket Sales Point/Information Point And Running A Bookstore With The Distribution Of The Museums Publications, As Well As Providing Services Involving The Management Of Shows And Vernissages Under The Option Right. The Contractors Basic Duties Include: 1. Providing Support For The Main Exhibition What Does A Photo Do And Temporary Exhibitions At The Mufo Headquarters In Rakowicka In Accordance With The Exhibition Schedule. The Detailed Scope Of Activities Of Exhibition Supervisors Is Specified In The Work Regulations For Exhibition Supervisors. 2. Running An Information Point And Selling Tickets At Mufo Rakowicka, Along With Comprehensive Service For Visitors.3. Running A Bookstore In Mufo Rakowicka Along With Comprehensive Visitor Service, Which Includes The Distribution Of The Museums Publications. The Concept Of Running A Bookstore Assumes: A) Distribution Of Publications Outside Mufo In A Minimum Of 10 Places, With The Ordering Party Giving The Contractor Freedom In Choosing The Place Of Distribution; B) Production And Marketing Of Gadgets: - A Minimum Of 5 Different Types Of Gadgets For The Main Exhibition, - A Minimum Of 2 Different Types Of Gadgets For Each Temporary Exhibition, Assuming 1 Main Exhibition And 4 Temporary Exhibitions During The Duration Of The Contract (Which Means That A Total Of At Least 5 Different Types Of Gadgets Should Be Produced In The Scope Of The Contract Implementation For The Main Exhibition And 8 Different Types Of Gadgets For Temporary Exhibitions). The Declaration Of Distribution And Production Of Gadgets In Excess Of Those Required By The Above Provisions Constitutes A Non-Price Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers. Gadgets Should Be Understood As Items Distinguished By The Ordering Party In Chapter 6, Task 3, Point 1, Letter D) Of The Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Exhibition Management Service Will Be Provided According To A Flexible Schedule Of The Demand For Man-Hours. The Ordering Party Estimates That Its Total Demand Within The Basic Scope Will Be Approximately 6,704 Hours, Including: - Main Exhibition - Approximately 4,920 Hours; - Temporary Exhibition - Approximately 1,784 Hours. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Given Number Of Hours Are Estimates And Do Not Constitute The Final Size Of The Order. The Ordering Party Will Settle Only For The Services Actually Performed And Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Hours By 20% In Relation To The Expected Number Specified Above, Including The Resignation From Part Of The Pool Of Hours Or Its Increase. For Independent Reasons For Which Neither Party Is Responsible, In Particular Due To The Threat Of An Epidemic, The Introduction Of An Epidemic Or Other State Of Eme
