Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Conference Organization

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Called: Comprehensive Organization Of A Conference As Part Of The Project Entitled Implementation Of The Waste Management Plan For The Pomeranian Voivodeship (Pgowp) Taking Into Account The Hierarchy Of Methods Of Dealing With Municipal Waste And The Principles Of Circular Economy (Goz) - Life Pom Gozilla.Pl, A Project Co-Financed By The European Union Under The Life Program And By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management. 2. The Order Includes Comprehensive Preparation And Implementation Of The Event, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz.3. The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In: Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Constituted As Annex No. 1 To The Swz) And The Draft Contract (Constituted As Annex No. 2 To The Swz). 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Right To Apply For The Order Only By Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Pzp.5 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. An Offer Providing For A Different Method Of Contract Performance Than That Specified In This Swz.6. In All Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes In Which The Ordering Party, Due To The Inability To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, Or Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Sources Of Origin Or Specific Processes That Characterize The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. 7. If The Documents Constituting The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Technical And Quality Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used, Efficiency, Durability And Quality Are Not Inferior To The Quality Of The Products Described In The Swz. 8. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Concluding A Framework Agreement And Establishing A Dynamic Purchasing System And Does Not Envisage Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer Using An Electronic Auction. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not
