The Subject Of The Order Is The Investors Supervision Service, Within The Scope Described In The Draft Contract, Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction, Expansion And Renovation Of The Hospital Building (A); Reconstruction And Renovation Of The Hospital Building (B) And Construction Of An Above-Ground Communication Link (C) Connecting Hospital Buildings (A) And (D) At Ul. Warszawska 2-4, 21-560 Międzyrzec Podlaski As Part Of The Project Entitled Optimization Of Sp Zoz Services In Międzyrzec Podlaski Through The Creation Of A Geriatric Ward And Related Modification Of Other Hospital Services. Investor Supervision Will Be Performed To The Extent Resulting From The Provisions Of The Construction Law And The Implementing Regulations To The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended). The Service Delivery Period Covers The Entire Period Of Construction Works. The Final Date Of The Service Will Depend On The Date Of Completion Of The Contract For Construction Works That Will Be Subject To Supervision. Moreover, The Contractor Is Obliged To Participate In Warranty Inspections And Post-Warranty Acceptance Of The Investment, Without Additional Remuneration.2.
