The Subject Of The Order Is: Collection Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Owned By The City Of Jasło In The Manner Referred To In Art. 6 Section 1 Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 733). As Part Of The Order, Municipal Waste Should Be Collected From The Following Properties Owned By The City Of Jasło: City Hall Buildings, Housing Estates, Recreational Areas, City Park, Etc. The List Of Properties From Which Municipal Waste Should Be Collected Is Set Out In Annex No. 4.1. Types Of Municipal Waste And Their Estimated Quantity To Be Collected During The Entire Order Execution Period: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Residues After Segregation Of Municipal Waste (Code 200301) In The Amount Of Approximately: A) 120 L Container: 1 Pc; B) 240 L Container: 13 Pcs; C) 1100 L Container: 210 Pcs; 2) Separately Collected Municipal Waste Such As: Paper, Glass, Metals And Plastics (Code 150106) In The Amount Of Approximately: A) 120 L Container: 1 Pc; B) 240 L Container: 1 Pc; C) 1100 L Container: 35 Pcs; 3) Green Waste In The Amount Of Approximately: A) 120 L Bags: 1 Pc. B) 1100 L Container: 20 Pieces C) Green Waste In The Amount Of Approximately: 10 Mg.4) Bulky Waste In The Amount Of Approximately: 1 Mg.2. The Amounts And Types Of Municipal Waste To Be Collected From Individual Properties Are Specified In Annex 5.3. The Method Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Properties Referred To In Annex No. 4.1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste And Separately Collected Municipal Waste Such As: Paper, Glass, Metals And Plastics Should Be Collected In Accordance With The Schedule Developed By The Contractor In Consultation With The Ordering Party.2) Green Waste And Bulky Waste Should Be Collected At The Individual Request Of The Ordering Party.4. The Minimum Frequency Of Collection Of Individual Types Of Municipal Waste Is: 1) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste: No Less Than Once A Week. 2) Separately Collected Municipal Waste Such As: Paper, Glass, Metals And Plastics: No Less Than Once Every Two Weeks. 3) Green Waste: A) In The Period From March 15 To November 30: No Less Than Once Every Two Weeks; B) During The Remaining Period: Upon Individual Notification Ordering Party.4) Bulky Waste: Upon Individual Request Of The Ordering Party.5. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor One Business Day Before The Acceptance Date Indicated In The Schedule Referred To In Section 3 Point 1 List Of Properties From Which Waste Should Be Collected. This List Will Also Include The Number And Type Of Containers To Be Collected From Individual Properties, Referred To In Annex 4.
