Tenders Are Invited For Providing Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In 2026.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialist Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In Their Place Of Residence. 2. The Above Services Are Listed In Annex Xiv To Directive 2014/24/Eu And Annex Xvii To Directive 2014/25/Eu. 3. The Ordering Party And The Contractor Should Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Art. 18 Section 1 Point 3 Of The Social Assistance Act Of March 12, 2004 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816). 4. By Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders, We Mean Specialized Speech Therapy And Pedagogical Services Addressed To Children With Mental Disorders, Consisting Of: A) Speech Therapy Activities, Including: - Building Linguistic Competences (Knowledge); - Improving Speech Production; - Carefully Selected Exercises Whose Aim Is, Among Others, Stimulating Delayed Speech Development, Shaping Correct Speech; B) Pedagogical, Including: - Using The Behavioral Method (Developing Deficit Behaviors, Reducing Undesirable Behaviors, Generalizing And Maintaining The Effects Of Therapy); - Music Therapy (Improving The Functioning Of People With Depressive Disorders And Personality Disorders); - Learning Independence; - Using Weronika Sherbornes Developmental Movement Method; - Using The Knill Activity Method; - Using The Good Start Method; - Art Therapy; - Sensoplasty; - Fairy Tale Therapy; - Graphomotor Exercises; - Aac Alternative Communication; - Finger Games; - Diagnosing And Continuous And Systematic Monitoring Of The Childs Development Level. 5. Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Are Provided To Residents Of Mgops In Barcin Entitled To Use These Services On The Basis Of An Administrative Decision Issued By An Authorized Person, Specifying The Monthly Number Of Hours Of Specialized Services Granted And The Fee. 6. The Services In Question Will Be Provided In The Patients Homes, Which Is Why It Is Important For Therapists To Have Their Own Teaching Aids. In Particularly Justified Cases, It Is Possible To Provide Services Outside The Place Of Residence With The Consent Of The Ordering Party.7. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided On Days And At Times Agreed Jointly By The Service Provider And The Beneficiary Or His Or Her Legal Guardian. 8. An Hour Of Service Is A Clock Hour Counted As The Actual Time Worked At The Clients Home, Excluding Travel Time To Or From The Clients Place Of Residence. The Number Of Hours Specified In The Order Is Time Effectively Worked. 9. The Total Number Of Hours Of Services Provided Under This Task During The Duration Of The Contract Is Expected To Be 1,775 Hours, I.E. On Average 295 Hours Per Month. The Planned Number Of Participants Is 35. The Number Of Hours May Be Increased After Opening The Offers Up To The Limit Determined By The Amount T
