The Subject Of The Order In The Procedure Is The Provision Of Afternoon Care Services In The City Of Zielona Góra, In The Place Of Residence Of People Using The Services, Indicated By The Ordering Party As Part Of The Project: Establishment Of A Social Services Center In Zielona Góra. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Care Services, Including Assistance In Meeting Everyday Needs, Hygiene Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.2. The Basic Number Of Hours Of Care Services Is: 19,800 Hours, 1 Hour = 60 Minutes.3. Place Of Order Fulfillment: Zielona Góra, Voivodeship Lubuskie - In The Place Of Residence Of The Person Covered By Care Services, Of Which Offers Should Be Calculated According To The Assumption: • 90% (3,600) - Administrative Area Of The So-Called Old Part Of Zielona Góra, • 10% (400) - The Area Of The So-Called Nowe Miasto District (Village).
