Facilitate participatory sessions adapted to beneficiary profiles. Ensure inclusion of women and persons with disabilities. Curriculum Areas Communication and teamwork Work ethics and time management Problem-solving and adaptability Rights and responsibilities at work Basic digital and job readiness skills Assessment & Reporting Monitor attendance and participation. Conduct pre/post assessments. Provide feedback to project team on trainee readiness. Required Qualifications University degree or equivalent professional certification. Minimum 5 years experience delivering employability or soft skills training. Proven experience working with vulnerable groups. Strong facilitation and adult learning skills.
