The Total Number Of Floor Areas To Be Kept Clean Is Approximately 71,000. M2. The Total Number Of M2 Of Window Cleaning Measured On Both Sides Is Approximately 51,800 M2. Due To The Expiring Agreement, The Obligation To Tender For The Contract At European Level, The Efficient Use Of Public Funds And The Wish Of The Contracting Authority To Conclude One Agreement With One Contractor Per Lot For The Clients Location(S), It Has Been Decided To Start This Tender Procedure. The Contracting Authority Will Enter Into An Agreement For The Cleaning, Maintenance And Window Cleaning Services As Of June 1, 2026.
