The Object Of The Procurement Is A Multi-Channel And Artificial Intelligence-Based Customer Service System As A Saas Service. The System Will Be Used To Manage Jätekukko Oys Customer Contacts. The System Must Support The Processing And Management Of E-Mails, Contact Forms, Live Chat, Phone Calls, As Well As The Communication Of Key Social Media Communication Channels From A Single User Interface. The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Appendix 1 Of The Request For Tenders. Description Of The Procurement Object. The Service Is Planned To Be Introduced In Stages During 2026. A Contract Will Be Concluded For The Procurement, Which Is Valid Until Further Notice.
