The City Of Kaarina Is Requesting Offers For Work Supervision Purchase Services For The Period April 1, 2026 (Target) - March 31, 2028, After Which The Contract Can Be Extended By The Customers Decision On The Original Terms With One (1) Two (2) Year Long Option (April 1, 2028-31.3.2030). During The Contract Period, The Service Is Purchased From The Service Provider Whose Service Best Meets The Customers Service Needs. If More Than One Service Provider Produces A Service Corresponding To The Customers Service Need, The Service Will Be Procured From The Suitable Service Provider With The Best Ranking In The Tender. The Procurement Is Divided Into Four (4) Sub-Areas And The Service Provider Can Offer A Designated Work Supervisor In One Or More Sub-Areas In Its Offer: 1. Individual Work Supervision/Coaching Of Supervisors And Management (8 Work Supervisors Are Selected)2. Group Work Supervision/Coaching Of Supervisors And Management (8 Work Supervisors Are Selected)3. Individual Work Supervision Of Personnel (10 Work Supervisors Are Selected)4. Personnel Group Work Guidance/Work Community Work Guidance (10 Work Supervisors Are Selected) Each Service Provider Can Nominate A Maximum Of Three (3) Designated Work Supervisors. If The Service Provider Offers More Than One (1) Job Supervisor, A Separate Parallel Offer Must Be Submitted For Each Job Supervisor In The Svettorpalpalvelu.Fi Portal. The Currently Valid Job Supervision Contracts In The Service Sectors Of The City Of Kaarina Will Be Completed As Agreed With The Current Job Supervisors.
