Mäntsälä Municipality Technical And Energy Services Requests Your Offer For The Street Lighting Control System And Control Equipment General Mäntsälä Municipalitys Technical And Energy Services Is Starting The Procurement Of The Street Lighting Control System. The Purpose Is To Switch To A Central Control System. The Contract Period For The Service Is 5 Years. The Subscriber Can Extend The Contract For 2 Years At A Time. Negotiations And The Decision To Extend The Contract Will Be Carried Out 6 Months Before The End Of The Contract Period Framework Contract Period 1 August 2026 - 31 July 2031 (60 Months). The Customer Arranges Access Rights To The Centers. Photos Of The Centers Are Presented As An Attachment To The Request For Tenders (Pictures 1-82 Of The Center). The Tenderer Must Determine The Installation Location Of The Control Device Himself, And Any External Installation With The Necessary Enclosures Is Included In The Offered Unit Price. The Service Is Requested To Provide A Price Such That The Customer Separately Acquires The System Equipment To Be Installed In The Centers (The Supplier Installs) At The Offered Unit Prices. In Addition, The Subscriber Pays For The Delivered System Service. The Price Of This Service Is Based On The Monthly Price Given By The Supplier And The Number Of Centers. The Tenderer Must Price (Appendix 2.): • Purchases Of Equipment Related To Lighting Control In The Centers, Including Installation And Commissioning, As Well As The Dismantling Of Old Systems.• Remote Use Of The Control System As A Cloud Service, Where The Subscriber Pays A Monthly Service Price Per Control Device For The Service Identified In Appendix 3. The Service Price Is Tied To The Number Of Devices Per Center. Responsible For The System As A Total Service, Including All Parts Of The System, E.G. Equipment, Data Transmission, Data Transmission Path, Maintenance, User Interface, Information Systems With Server Platforms, Programming, Hardware Fault Updates, Etc. System-Related Measures. The Prices Must Be Detailed With Services In The Offer And A Free-Form Document On The Content And Scope Of The Offer As Well As Information Security Must Be Included.
