This Is A Request For Opinion Concerning The Tendering Process For Cleaning Services Planned By The City Of Turku, The Estimated Contract Period Of Which Starts On January 1, 2027 (Target). The Joint Procurement Involves The City Of Turku, Länsirannikon Työterveys Oy And Turku Taiteen Talo Oy. Cleaning Services Include Basic Cleaning, Maintenance Cleaning And E.G. Window Washing. The Targets Are Large School And Kindergarten Properties, Smaller Office Spaces, General City Spaces, And Various Other Public Spaces. Participating In The Competition Requires The Suppliers To Participate And Familiarize Themselves With The Sites. Regarding Motivas Quality Criteria And Green Deal Procurement Criteria For Cleaning And Cleaning Chemicals, Among Others:- Energy Efficiency & Circular Economy- Reduction Of Harmful Substances And Product Safety- Social Criteria And Value-Based Or Tiered Employment Conditions Will Be Used In Procurement. Motivas Cleaning Services Criteria (Criteria Bank) Focus On The Responsibility, Environmental Friendliness And Energy Efficiency Of Public Procurement.
