Tenders Are Invited For Street-Cleaning And Sweeping Services – Framework Agreement For The Delegation Of Sweeping, Washing, Spraying And Maintenance Of Public Roads, Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Maintaining Them In Operation During Rain Or Frost Within The Sanitation Service Of The City Of Negresti Oaș
Street-Cleaning And Sweeping Services – Framework Agreement For The Delegation Of Sweeping, Washing, Spraying And Maintenance Of Public Roads, Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Maintaining Them In Operation During Rain Or Frost Within The Sanitation Service Of The City Of Negresti Oaș. As Part Of This Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement, For A Duration Of 4 Years, Based On Which Subsequent Contracts Will Be Signed For Services Of Delegating Sweeping, Washing, Spraying Activities And Maintenance Of Public Roads And Services For Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Maintaining Them In Operation During Rain Or Frost, During Winter, Within The Sanitation Service Of The City Of Negresti Oaș, According To The Lists With The Categories And Quantities Of Services Required To Be Provided, Provided In The Annexes To The Specification Within The Tender Documentation. Detailed Information On The Quantities, The Method Of Providing The Services As Well As The Operation Of The Public Services Are Contained In The Specifications And Its Annexes, The Regulation Of The Operation Of The Public Service, The Performance Indicators, Documents That Will Be Made Available To Bidders By The Contracting Authority Within The Public Procurement Procedure. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Will Be 4 Years. Based On It, Subsequent Service Contracts Will Be Signed Annually, And The Services Included In The Subsequent Contracts Will Be Executed Following The Launch Of The Orders/Orders To Start The Services. The Minimum Value For Sweeping, Washing, Spraying And Maintenance Of Public Roads Is 125,972.78 Lei Without Vat/Year And A Maximum Value Of 332,172.40 Lei Without Vat/Year. The Minimum Value For The Services Of Cleaning And Transporting Snow From Public Roads And Maintaining Them In Operation During Frost Or Frost Is 116,478.00 Lei Without Vat/Year And A Maximum Value Of 659,765.80 Lei Without Vat/Year. The Total Value Of The Framework Agreement For The 4 Years Is A Minimum Value Of 969,803.12 Lei Without Vat/Year And A Maximum Value Of 3,967,752.80 Lei Without Vat/Year.
