Gladsaxe Municipality Has Chosen To Offer An Overall Contract Instead Of Separate Sub-Contracts, Because It Is Gladsaxe Municipalitys Assessment That An Overall Contract With One Main Contractor Will Provide The Municipality With The Most Appropriate And Most Advantageous Solution, Both Technically And Financially. The Properties That This Project Deals With Are The Two Orphanages Lundegården And Hyldegården. Gladsaxe Municipality Took Over The Properties A Few Years Ago And With This Project Wants To Raise The Maintenance Standard And Lower Energy Consumption. Lundegården And Hyldegården Are Part Of The Høje Gladsaxe Settlement. They Were Built At The Same Time As The Areas Block Of Flats, Shopping Centre, Church, School Etc. And Completed In 1970. The Childrens Homes Were Originally Built As Atrium Houses On One Floor With A Partial Basement. Their Total Floor Area On The Ground Floor Was Approx. 900 M2. In 1978, Five Windbreaks Of A Total Of 70 M2 Were Added, And Finally In 1994 The Atrium Yards Of 115 M2 Each Were Roofed. The Buildings Basement Area Is 481 M2.
