This Contract Concerns The Supply Of Tires, Necessary For The Vehicles That Belong To The Various Services Of The Municipality And Need Replacement Of Their Tires, In Order To Ensure Their Safe Circulation. The Cpv Of The Procurement Items Is: 34351100-3 Car Tires The Contract Will Have A Duration Of Three (3) Years (2025, 2026 & 2027). The Total Budget Of The Commission, With Provision For A 35% Option, Amounts To €492,199.52 Including The Corresponding Vat (24%). (Budget Without Vat €396,935.10 + Vat €95,264.42 = €492,199.52). The Above Amount Also Includes An Option Of 35% Of The €127,607.28 Budget Including Vat Of 24% (Option Budget Without Vat €102,909.10 + Option Vat €24,698.18 = €127,607.28). The Contract Budget Without The Option Is Estimated To Amount To €364,592.24 Including Vat 24% (Budget Without Option And Vat €294,026.00 + Vat Without Option €70,566.24 = €364,592.24). This Contract Is Not Subdivided Into Sections. It Is Expressly Provided For The Right Of The Municipality To Increase The Expenditure Of The Individual Articles Of Tire Categories, According To Their Possible Extraordinary Arising Needs, Before The Expiry Of The Relevant Contract, As These Are Detailed Both In The 202/2025 Study Of The Service And In The Above Declaration With A Corresponding Increase In The Budgeted Expenditure, With The Same Supply Conditions Without Any Objection And Demand Of The Provider [Right Option Up To 35%]. Bids Are Submitted For All Study Supplies. The Contract May Be Amended During Its Duration, Without Requiring A New Procedure For Concluding A Contract, Only In Accordance With The Terms And Conditions Of Article 132 Of Law 4412/2016 And Following The Opinion Of The Materially Competent Service Or Otherwise The Service Designated By Decision Of The Aa. A Detailed Description Of The Physical And Financial Object Of The Contract Is Given In The Study No. 202/2025 Of The Technical Service Of The Municipality Of Phylis. The Contract Will Be Awarded On The Basis Of The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Based On Price.
