No. 1/10/2018, Hereinafter Referred To As The Conditions Of The Works: (I) Project Management And Consulting Services For The Contract; (Ii) Supervision Services For The Execution Of The Contract; (Iii) Supervision Services Of The Execution Of Works To High Quality Standards, In Compliance With The Norms, Standards And Legislation In Force, Evaluation And Approval Of Works, Quantities, Materials, Equipment, Etc., In His Capacity As Supervisor According To The Provisions Of The Conditions Of The Works Contract, During The Period Of Execution Of The Works, So That The Contractor Performs Works Of Good Quality And Completes The Execution Of The Works Within The Period Specified In The Contract (Iv) Supervision Services During The Period For The Guarantee Of The Works Related To The Contract, So That The Contractor Performs The Works To Remedy The Defects That Appeared During The Guarantee Period For The Works Performed;
