Construction, Delivery, Installation, Launch And Configuration Of The Permanent Exhibition At The Jerzy Kukuczka Himalayan Center In Katowice. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Workshop Designs (Including Technical, Workshop And Executive Drawings Enabling The Creation Of Complete Stands), The Execution, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning And Configuration Of The Permanent Exhibition At The Jerzy Kukuczka Himalayan Center In Katowice For The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Full Scope Of Works In Accordance With The Conceptual Design Of The Exhibition, Constituting The Final Documentation Of The Exhibition (Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz), Including Guidelines Regarding Space Arrangement, Installation And Launch Of The Exhibition. Ii. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By:  Specification Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 10 To The Swz),  Conceptual Design Of The Exhibition Of The Himalayan Mountaineering Center. Jerzy Kukuczka, Constituting The Final Documentation Of The Exhibition (Appendices No. 11 To Swz),  Architectural And Construction Design For The Expansion Of The Himalayan Mountaineering Center. Jerzy Kukuczka (Annex No. 13 To The Swz),  Drafted Contractual Provisions (Annex No. 8 To The Swz). Iii. Quality Guarantee Period And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is At Least 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Contract. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period. Iv. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Have Valid Insurance Policies: Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of Business Activity, Assembly And Property Risks, In Accordance With The Requirements (Insurance Conditions) Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex No. 8 To The Swz) V. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.
