Main Activities: 1) Exercise Of Construction Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Smr According To The Approved Investment Project And The Requirements Of The Normative Acts 2) Inspection Of The Executed Smr And Signing Of Protocols For Acceptance Of The Executed Smr Prepared By The Contractor Of The Smr 3) Ensuring The Compilation Of The Acts And Protocols, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3, Before, During The Construction And Installation Activities And After Their Completion 4) Environmental Protection Control During Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Activities, In Accordance With The Environmental Protection Act (Epa) And The Waste Management Act And The Related Regulations 5) Control Over The Compliance Of The Materials And Products Used, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-1 Of 05.02.2015 On The Conditions And Procedures For The Use Of Construction Products In The Construction Sites Of The Republic Of Bulgaria. In This Regard, It Carries Out Control Checks Ensuring Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 169A Para. 1 Of The Zut, As Well As The Compliance Of The Products And Materials Proposed For Investment With The Current Regulations And The Technical Indicators, Characteristics, Quantitative Accounts Laid Down In The Approved Investment Project 6) Prepares A Technical Passport Of The Construction, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006. The Technical Passports Are Submitted To The Contracting Authority On Paper In 2 (Two) Copies, Each Of Which Is Accompanied By An Electronic Medium In Doc And Pdf Format Or Equivalent, Corresponding To The Paper Ones. The Electronic Copy Is Presented On A Cd Or Other Electronic Medium 7) Controls The Quality Of The Performed Smps And Prevents, With Its Competent Actions, The Violation Of Their Technological Sequence, By Issuing Prescriptions And Orders, Which It Enters In The Construction Order Book 8) Constant Monitoring Regarding Compliance With The Smp Implementation Schedules (Including The Appendices), As Well As Monitoring For Deviations From Them And Timely Reporting To The Contracting Authority About Any Deviations That Occurred During The Execution Of The Works. Requirement Of Measures By The Contractor Under The Smr Contract To Correct Deviations, As Well As Control Over Compliance With These Measures And, If Necessary, Reporting On The Latter. Accompanying Activities: • Ensuring Compliance With The Conditions For Labor Safety, In Accordance With The Law On Health And Safety At Work And Its Regulations; • Preventing Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of The Construction; • Ensuring The Necessary Organization For Effective Supervisory Activity And The Communication Of Its Team Regarding The Legal Start Of Construction, Inspections Related To The Implementation Of Construction In Accordance With The Approved Investment Projects And The Requirements Under Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3 Zut; • Checks For The Presence Of The Authors Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Technical Projects During The Implementation Of The Construction And Installation Activities, As Well As Controls (If Applicable) The Compliance Of The Work
