The Handover And Collection Of Wheel Sets Will Take Place At The Rolling Stock Maintenance Point In Leszno, Zacisze 1; 64-100 Leszno 5. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect The Wheel Sets From The Place Referred To In Section. 4 And Deliver To This Place After Completing The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order. 6. In All Provisions Of The Contract Notice, Swz And Its Annexes, In Which The Ordering Party Describes The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Should Be Considered That The Ordering Party Allows The Production
