The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Come From The Manufacturers Distribution Channel, Which Does Not Exclude Distribution To The Polish Market And Ensures The Implementation Of Warranty Rights. 8. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered Together With User Manuals, Drivers And Any Accompanying Software Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Subject Of The Order (Obtaining Full Functionality Indicated In Part Iv Of The Swz). The Ordering Party Will Not Be Obliged To Pay Any Additional Fees, In Particular License Fees, And Any Licenses Will Be Granted As Part Of The Contractors Remuneration, Without Time And Territorial Limits, Unless It Is Clearly Stated Otherwise In Part Iv Of The Swz. If Licenses, Codes Or Other Permissions Are Required To Run And Use This Software, They Must Be Provided At No Additional Charge.
