The Work Advertised Here In The 2026 Construction Phase Includes The Installation Of Conference And Discussion Systems - Holistically Integrated Into The Audio And Video Systems Of The Parliamentary Group Meeting Rooms And Functionally Precisely Tailored To The Needs Of The Users And Operational Departments. This List Of Services Describes, Among Other Things, Built-In Devices For Integration Into Specially Designed Table Furniture In Meeting Rooms Provided By The Customer; A Large Proportion Of The Advertised System Components Must Be Installed In This Table Furniture. Ten Rooms Are To Be Worked On: Large Meeting Rooms (2X Approx. 470 M²), Medium Meeting Rooms (2X Approx. 250 M²), Tower Halls (4X Approx. 145 M²) And Press Rooms (2X Approx. 136 M²). With The Execution Of The Tendered Service, Workshop And Assembly Planning Must Begin No Later Than 5 Working Days After Receipt Of The Order Letter. Since The Project Schedule Must Be Adhered To, A High Level Of Prefabrication Is Required To Ensure A Sufficiently Rapid Construction Process In The Reichstag Building. The Prefabrication Must Take Place In The Workshop In Advance Of The Construction Phase. The Construction Phase With The Installation And Commissioning Work On Site Will Take Place From July 2026 For The Majority Of The Work In A Time Window Of Eight (8) Weeks, Which Requires Parallel Work In The Different Rooms. The Tendered Service Is To Be Completed In September 2026.
