Repair And Maintenance Work In Connection With Sports Facilities – Framework Agreement Regarding Maintenance And Repairs, Sports Grounds And Playgrounds In District 1. Based On The Substantiation Note No. 4441 / 16.09.2025, Considering The Movement And Sports Plan Of Sector 1, Which Wants To Open Schoolyards To The Community, As Well As Address No. 8320/07.08.2025 Issued By The National Sports Agency And Registered At Sector 1 Of The Municipality Of Bucharest With No. 54479/07.08.2025, Regarding The Obligation To Approve Sports Facilities And To Register Them In The Register Of Approved Sports Facilities, We Emphasize The Following Aspects: • A Significant Part Of The Sports Grounds In Educational Institutions Is In An Advanced State Of Degradation, Being Unsuitable For The Development Of Educational And Sports Activities; • The Current Conditions No Longer Respect The Safety And Quality Standards Provided By The Legislation In Force; • The Modernization Of The Sports Infrastructure Is Essential For: - Promoting A Healthy Lifestyle Among Students; - Increasing The Attractiveness Of School And Extracurricular Activities; - Stimulation Of Team Spirit And Sports Performance; - Reducing The Risk Of Injury During Physical Activities. Considering The Attributions Provided In Art. 59 Of The Organization And Functioning Regulation, Approved By Hcls1 No. 113/29.05.2025 It Is Necessary To Initiate The Investment Process For The Maintenance And Repair Of Sports Fields In Educational Units, With The Involvement Of The Directorate Of Public Utilities, Sanitation And Protection Of The Dry Environment 1.
