Legal Assistance Referred To In Point 1 Will Include In Particular: A) Providing Legal Assistance Through Advice On The Constitutional Law Of Local Government, B) Preparing And Issuing Written Legal Opinions, C) Providing Legal Advice, D) Interpreting And Providing Explanations Regarding Applicable Legal Provisions And Their Changes As Well As The Effects Of Failures And Non-Compliance With Applicable Provisions, E) Participating In The Development And Giving Opinions On Draft Resolutions, Orders And Other Documents Regulating The Functioning Of The Commune (City With Poviat Rights) Dąbrowa Górnicza,F) Participating In The Development And Giving Opinions On Drafts Of Internal Documents, Contracts, Agreements, Settlements And Other Documents Related To The Functioning Of The Commune (A City With County Rights) Of Dąbrowa Górnicza,G) Participating In The Development And Giving Opinions On Drafts Of Administrative Decisions In Matters That Are Complex In Fact And Law,H) Giving Opinions On Draft Contracts Prepared By The Communes Contractors,I) Conducting Cases Before Courts And Other Bodies On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Adjudicating Bodies (Including The Regional Chamber Of Audit, The National Chamber Of Appeals) And Enforcement Proceedings, As Well As Matters In Amicable Proceedings, Regardless Of The Role In Which The Ordering Party Appears In The Case/Proceeding, Including: Legal Advice In The Preparation Of Proceedings, Representing The Ordering Party In Court Cases And Enforcement Proceedings (Legal Representation), Preparing Pre-Trial Summons, Maintaining And Updating The Register On An Ongoing Basis Matters,J) Participation In Mediations And Negotiations,K) Assistance In The Implementation Of Criminal Law Protection Of Public Officials: The Mayor, His Deputies, Treasurer, Secretary, And Other Employees,L) Acting As An Auxiliary Prosecutor In Criminal Cases Concerning Crimes Committed To The Detriment Of The Commune,M) Assistance In Formulating Notifications About Crimes, Including Fiscal Offenses, Addressed To Law Enforcement Authorities, And Other Actions Related To Such Notifications,N) Serving The City Council; Including Handling Sessions And, If Necessary, Meetings Of The City Council Committees, I.E.: − Participation In Sessions Of The City Council, − Participation In Meetings Of City Council Committees According To The Needs Reported By The Chairman Of The Council Or Committee Chairmen, − Giving Opinions And Preparing Drafts Of Letters And Documents Of The City Council, − Giving Opinions On Draft Resolutions Of Complaints, Motions And Pet
