The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1306F Golice-Radówek - From Km 0+202 To Km 0+687 (Length Of The Road To Be Reconstructed: 485 M), Location: Plot No. 147, Registry District No. 0002, Golice, Registration Unit Słubice - Rural Area, Słubice Poviat. Reconstruction Of The District Road On The Section 485 M Long, Includes, Among Others: Construction Of A New Bituminous Surface With Widening Of The Road To A Width Of 5.50 M And Construction Of A New Sidewalk Made Of Concrete Cubes, 1.80 M Wide, Together With The Implementation Of Vertical Road Markings.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparatory Works In The Field Of Demolition And Measurement Works; 2) Earthworks In The Field Of Trenching For The Road And Sidewalk; 3) Construction Of A Substructure For The Road From Crushed Aggregate; 4) Execution Of Road Surface Works Made Of A Mineral-Bitumen Mixture Of Grit And Gravel With An Asphalt Binding And Wearing Layer; 5) Construction Of Street Elements In The Construction Of A Cobblestone Sidewalk Concrete; 6) Construction Of Vertical Markings, 7) Finishing And Cleaning Works, 8) Construction And Installation Of 1 Piece Of Information Board With Dimensions Of Min. 1.8 M X 1.2 M Made Of Durable Materials With Content Consistent With The Pattern Referred To In § 9 Section 1 Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 7, 2021 On Determining Information Activities Undertaken By Entities Implementing Tasks Financed Or Co-Financed From The State Budget Or State Earmarked Funds - The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Template Of The Information Board Within 7 Days From The Date Of Concluding The Contract With The Contractor. In Addition, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will, Among Others: 1) Develop A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Investment, 2) Will Be Responsible For The Entire Order, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order, 3) Will Participate In Construction Councils. During The Meeting, Information On The Progress Of The Works Will Be Provided And Current Issues Related To The Construction Will Be Resolved, 4) Will Prepare A Temporary Change In The Traffic Organization For The Duration Of The Works (To Be Approved By The Ordering Party), 5) Will Develop As-Built Documentation (Including Protocols, Admission Certificates, Approvals, Information On The Granted Warranty), 6) Will Accept Responsibility For Any Damage Caused By His Employees, Persons Acting On His Behalf, Including Cases Of Bodily Or Property Damage Caused Action Or Omission In The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, To The Extent Provided For By The Civil Code, As Well As As A Result Of Non-Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations.3.
