Work Detail

5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Preparation Of Tender Documentation And Participation In The Conduct Of The Following Public Procurement Procedures, In Accordance With The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, Of 2025, Items 620, 769, 794, 1165, 1173, 1235, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Pzp.5.2 Act. The Task Is Part Of The Project Entitled Nature Monitoring Using Remote Sensing Methods And Improvement Of The Database Management System In The Narew National Park No. Fenx.01.05-Iw.01-0049/24. The Project Is Implemented Under The Fenx.01.05 Measure. Nature Protection And Development Of Green Infrastructure Of The Fenx.01 Priority. Support For The Energy And Environment Sectors From The Cohesion Fund Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate And Environment 2021-2027 Program. The Implementing Institution Is The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management. Type Fenx.01.05.4 Developing Capacity And Improving The Management Of Protected Areas. Remote Sensing And Development Of Geoinformation Infrastructure And Digitization Of Resources.5.3. The Scope Of The Service Includes, Among Others: 1) Preparing Documentation And Estimating The Value Of The Contract, 2) Developing Templates Of The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Annexes To The Swz. 3) Maintaining An Ongoing Protocol Of Proceedings In Accordance With The Selected Mode. 4) Determining The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings, Criteria For Evaluating Offers And The Possibility Of Changing The Contract. 5) Updating The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Help In Determining The Validity Of Legal Acts, Acts, Detailed Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract). 6) Providing Answers To Questions During The Proceedings After Consultation With The Ordering Party.7) Support In Carrying Out Activities Related To The Examination And Evaluation Of Offers Submitted In The Proceedings.8) Preparing Letters During The Proceedings, In Particular Requests For Explanations, Requests To Supplement Documents, Information On The Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer, Rejection Of Offers And Exclusion Of Contractors.9) Creating Draft Contracts And Their Possible Changes As Part Of Public Procurement Procedures In Terms Of Their Compliance With Applicable 10) Legal Regulations In This Respect, Preparing Annexes.11) Providing Advice By Telephone Or Electronically According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party During The Working Hours Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Contract.12) Performing Other Activities According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party Related 13) To Legal Services Regarding The Awarded Public Procurement.14) Systematic Informing The Ordering Party About Changes In The Applicable Legal Provisions Applicable To The Business Run By The Ordering Party.
