Tenders Are Invited For Performing Minor Current Repairs And Providing Permanent Sanitary Maintenance Services In Municipal Resources Administered By The Municipal Management Board In The Adm-3 Area
1. The Subject Of The Order Includes Minor Current Repairs And The Provision Of Permanent Sanitary Maintenance Services In Municipal Resources Administered By Zgm In The Adm-3 Area (According To Cost Estimates) Specified In The Scope Of Work Included In The Technical Specification, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 2. The Services Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In: - Buildings Owned 100% By The Commune, - Residential And Commercial Premises Of The Commune In Housing Communities, - Commune Farm Buildings, - Other Real Estate. Note: The Number Of Works To Be Performed Will Be Determined On The Basis Of Notifications And Identified Needs. Kosztorys Robót Określa Szacunkowo Ilość Robót Do Ewentualnego Wykonania. The Work Will Be Settled On The Basis Of Replacement Cost Estimates Prepared On The Basis Of The Rates And Prices Of Materials And Equipment Given In The Offer. In The Case Of Materials That Will Not Be Included In The Tender Documents, The Average Prices Of Materials (Without Purchase Price) Published By The Sekocenbud Publishing House From The Previous Quarter Will Apply. This Also Applies To Equipment. If There Are No Prices For Materials And Equipment In The Above Publication, The Price Based On The Purchase Invoice Presented By The Contractor Will Be Considered, But Not Higher Than Average Market Prices. 3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, To Ensure The Operation Of A 24-Hour Technical Emergency Service, Under Which, Under The Telephone Number Indicated By The Contractor, Reports Of Failures In The Buildings Covered By The Contract Will Be Received From Owners, Tenants And Adm Employees, And Within A Time Not Longer Than That Proposed In The Contractors Offer, Protective Or Corrective Measures Taken To Protect Or Repair The Reported Failures - The Principles Of Operation, The Scope Of Work Covered By The Operation Of The Technical Emergency Service And The Definition Of Failure Are Included In Part I Of Annex 2 To The Agreement.4.
