Tenders Are Invited For Comprehensive Protection Of Biodiversity In Urban And Non-Urban Areas In The Southern Subregion Of The Silesian Voivodeship - The Beskid Agglomeration

1. The Subject Of This Order Are Construction And Environmental Works - Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Works, Including The Investment Task Entitled: Comprehensive Protection Of Biological Diversity In Urban And Non-Urban Areas In The Southern Subregion Of The Silesian Voivodeship - The Beskid Agglomeration, Implemented In The Design And Build System. 2. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Prepare Design Documentation, Including The Construction Design And Technical Design(S), Cost Estimates, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Along With Obtaining A Valid Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works - For The Entire Scope Described In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Prepare A Schedule Of Construction And Environmental Works For Approval By The Ordering Party; 2) Perform Construction Works, Based On Project Documentation - Cost Estimate, Developed And Approved By The Ordering Party, Referred To In Point 1) Above, And Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works, And Submit A Complete Application For An Occupancy Permit Or Notification Of Completion Of Works; 3) Carry Out Environmental Works Consisting Of: Creating A New Ecological Use Wąwóz W Moszczanica, Creating A Protective Belt Around Both Ecological Areas, Meadow Recultivation (Creating A Flower Meadow As A Pollinator Environment), Recultivation Of Fish Ponds, Completion Of Nesting Boxes For Birds And Bats, Creation Of A Mini Arboretum Behind The Cee Arka Building, Removal Of Invasive Vegetation, Planting Native Plants, Cleaning Up Garbage And Waste Of Anthropogenic Origin, Designing Content, Illustrations, And Developing And Graphic Composition Of Educational Boards.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) Containing Part A - Construction And B - Nature, Including The Functional And Utility Program With Annexes And Nature Documentation. 4. Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of This Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With This Swz, The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order (Opz) Containing Part A - Construction And B - Natural, The Draft Agreement And In Accordance With The Principles Of Construction Practice, Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations And Standards. The Obligation To Perform Works In Accordance With The Above Documents Does Not Release The Contractor From, Among Others: From The Obligation To Verify This Documentation During The Term Of The Contract And Report To The Ordering Party Any Defects Or Omissions Detected Therein, Resulting In The Possibility Of Non-Compliance With The Terms Of The Contract Or Violation Of Legal Provisions.5. Before Submitting The Offer, It Is Desirable That The Contractor Conducts A Local Inspection Of The Area Where The Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Will Be Located. Cond
