Tenders Are Invited For Thermomodernization Of Multi-Family Municipal Residential Buildings In Ząbkowice Śląskich Składająca Się Z Czterech Zadań

Task No. 1. Thermal Modernization Of A Residential Building At Ul. Alitańcze 5 In Ząbkowice Śląskie Based On The Fup Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of A Residential Building In Ząbkowice Śląskie At Ul. Alitańcze 5, All Construction Works Planned In The Fup Must Obtain The Required Decisions, Resolutions, Opinions And Consents, Arrangements, Etc., And The Contractor Will Independently Decide On The Type Of Formal And Legal Documents Necessary To Obtain And About Which Works Require Obtaining A Building Permit And Which Are Exempt From The Obligation To Obtain It And For Which There Is An Obligation To Notify The Works. In Particular, The Contractor Will Obtain All Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Required Under Polish Law, Necessary To Perform Construction Works, Put The Facility Into Operation And Put It Into Use. The Scope Of The Order Includes, Among Others: • Making A Local Inspection Of The Facility, Assessing Its Technical Condition, • Preparing A Map For Design Purposes, • Obtaining Agreements With The Conservator Of Monuments, Including Agreeing On The Colors Of The Facade And The Method Of Insulation With The Conservator, • Agreeing With The Ordering Party On The Concept Of All Material Solutions And Types And Types Of Devices (Written Approval Of The Employer Is Required)• Development Of Complete Technical Documentation And Stwior• Submitting A Complete Application For A Building Permit Or Notification Of Construction Works To The Appropriate Office And Obtaining A Valid Consent To Start Construction Works, Appropriate For The Application, If Necessary• Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works, Including: - Filling In Gaps In The Façade, - Applying Heat-Insulating Plaster, - Replacing Windows And Doors External, - Painting The Facade According To The Color Scheme, - Replacing Gutters And Downpipes, - Replacing The Roof Covering, - Insulating The Attic Ceiling, - Waterproofing The Basement, - And Other Works And Activities Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Necessary For The Complete And Correct Implementation Of The Thermal Modernization. • Removal Of Construction Waste, Dismantled Equipment (After Agreement With The Ordering Party) At Licensed Municipal Landfill, • Preparing All Protocols Necessary To Report The Completion Of Construction Works To The Construction Supervision Inspectorate Or, Possibly, Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, • After Completing The Construction Works, To Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With As-Built Documentation And An Energy Performance Certificate.
