The Scope Of The Basic Order Includes: - Replacement Of Windows, - Plastering, - Painting Of Ceilings And Walls, - Replacement Of Doors, - Repair Of Floors And Plinths, - Replacement Of Pipe Insulation, - Replacement Of Ventilation Grilles And Diffusers, - Replacement Of Boiler Fittings, - Removal And Disposal Of Rubble, - Dismantling Of Lighting Fixtures, - Installation Of New Fixtures, - Cutting Grooves And Installing Surface-Mounted Cables In Furrow, - Performing Electrical Measurements.3. The Detailed Scope And Description Of The Subject Of The Order Include:• Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz;• Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz;• Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.4. Equivalent Solutions. 1) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Order Documents Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions, Provided That They Maintain The Same Minimum Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters, Etc. The Parameters Given In The Order Documents Should In Such A Case Be Treated As Minimum. 2) A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. 3) If The Procurement Documents Contain References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions. 4) Any Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents And Place Of Origin Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz Are Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order And Are Intended To Indicate Only The Quality And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order Due To The Lack Of Other Sufficiently Precise Terms That Would Allow To Describe The Subject Of The Order In This Part In An Unambiguous And Exhaustive Manner.
