The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building With Technical Infrastructure On Plots No. 316/2, 309/22, 321/2, 309/32, 321/1 In Wieliczka At Jasna Street As A Continuation Of The Commenced Construction Works. Only Some Of The Variable Works Have Been Completed So Far. The Remaining Scope Is In Accordance With The Attached Tender Documentation. The Contractor Whose Offer Was Selected As The Most Advantageous Will Prepare And Submit An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bill Of Quantities And, In Consultation With The Ordering Party, Will Prepare And Submit A Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order No Later Than 7 Days Before The Conclusion Of The Contract. Introducing Changes To The Schedule Will Not Be Treated As An Amendment To The Contract And Will Not Require The Conclusion Of An Annex To The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Introduce Comments To The Hrf. The Documentation In Question Includes The Design Of The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Along With Landscaping And Parking Spaces. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Stwiorb Which Are Annexes To The Swz. Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Pzp.1. Because The Implementation Of This Order Must Be Carried Out By Performing Activities Under The Conditions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code - For The Benefit Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor, At The Place And Time Indicated By The Contractor Or Subcontractor - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Falling Within The So-Called Direct Costs Based On The Employment Relationship. This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. The So-Called Manual Workers, In Particular: A) Related To The Performance Of Installation And Assembly Works, 2. The Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Managing The Construction Site, Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In The Construction Industry, Providing Construction Materials Supply Services, Transport Services, Equipment Services And Similar Services.3.
