Energy (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, Consolidated Text) Of The Civil Code And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Their Basis. Gas Is To Be Delivered To The Delivery And Reception Point, Which Consists Of Sets Of Gas Devices Used To Connect Internal Networks Owned By The Ordering Party With The Gas Network Of The System Operator. The Ownership Of The Fuel Is Transferred To The Ordering Party After Measurement At The Outlet Of The Gas Meter.
