The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Clothes Lockers Equipped With An Electronic Management System, Along With Its Implementation And Launch, As Well As The Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture Intended For The Primary School No. 405 At Ul. Na Uboczu 9 In Warsaw. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Equip The Facility With Lockers Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Locker Room, Adapted To The Users Needs, And With Furniture Intended For Use In The Administrative Part. For The Proper Functioning Of The Locker Room, It Is Necessary To Equip It With 460 Student Lockers. In Order To Ensure Flexibility Of Configuration, The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Two-Column Cabinets, Containing Two Compartments In Each Column, I.E. 4 Compartments In One Housing. A Total Of 115 Such Lockers Should Be Delivered And Then Assembled In The Manner Indicated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Arrangement Diagram Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Opz. The Electronic Locker System Should Constitute A Complete, Integrated System Enabling Management Of Access And Reservations Of Lockers In A Central And Safe Manner. At Ubocze 9 In Warsaw, Students Lockers For The Newly Renovated Cloakroom With An Area Of Approx. 140.89 M², Located On Level -0.5 Of The Building, And Furniture For The Renovated Administrative Rooms On Level +0.5. Access To The Cloakroom And Administration Area Is Through The Main Entrance To The School From Ul. Na Ubocze 9, While Entry To The School Premises Is Possible Through The Entrance Gate From Ul. Stryjeńskich Or - After Consultation With The Housing Cooperative Przy Metrze With Its Registered Office At Al. Commission Of National Education 36/U128 In Warsaw - Through The Cooperatives Premises.
