Tenders Are Invited For Providing Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In Their Place Of Residence

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In Their Place Of Residence. 1) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders In Their Place Of Residence In Accordance With § 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of September 22, 2005 On Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816) With An Estimated Amount Of Approximately 200 Hours Per Month During The Contract Implementation Period.2) Estimated Number Of People Covered By The Services: Approximately 10 People.3) Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom The Services Will Be Provided And The Actual Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Are Entitled To Assistance And The Scope Of This Assistance.4) The Ordering Party Assumes That One Hour Of Service Is 60 Minutes. The Time Of One Hour Of Providing Specialist Care Services Does Not Include The Time Of Reaching Or Commuting To The Recipient Or Returning After The Service Has Been Performed. The Services Will Be Provided In The Environment Of The Recipients Place Of Residence In The Dragacz Commune, Services May Be Provided On Any Days Of The Week, Including Public Holidays At Hours Agreed Jointly By The Ordering Party, The Recipient And The Contractor, Provided That The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure The Provision Of Services From 8:00 A.M. To 7:00 P.M., I.E. Start No Earlier Than 8:00 A.M. And End No Later Than At 7 P.M. 5) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Services Provided Are To Be Spread Over The Turn Of A Full Calendar Month In Accordance With The Expectations Of Social Welfare Recipients Confirmed By An Administrative Decision Issued By Gops In Dragacz. 6) Scope Of Tasks To Be Implemented: Sensory Integration Therapy 28 Speech Therapy 38 Behavioral Therapy 86 Rehabilitation 40 Pedagogue 8 Total: 200 Hours
