Tenders Are Invited For Assistant Service For Groups Other Than People With Disabilities, Excluding Family Assistance

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Assistant Services For Groups Other Than People With Disabilities, Excluding Family Assistance. The Service Will Cover A Maximum Of 30 People Participating In The Project Entitled: Assistance Service For Groups Other Than People With Disabilities, Excluding Family Assistance. The Service Covers A Total Of 9,240 Clock Hours, Which Gives An Average Of 840 Hours Per Month. The Working Hour Is 60 Minutes.2. The Support Is Addressed To Residents Of The Nowa Sarzyna Commune Who Need Help In Everyday Functioning.3. The Services Will Be Provided On Weekdays From Monday To Friday At The Place Of Residence Of The Project Participants (The Project Covers The Area Of The Nowa Sarzyna Commune) In The Following Scope: 1) Hygienic And Nursing Care, I.E. Washing, Bathing, Dressing, Care Recommended By A Doctor, Preventing The Formation Of Pressure Sores, Feeding, Other Hygienic Treatments; 2) Ensuring The Cleanliness Of The Rooms, Clothes And Equipment Used By The Patient; 3) Keeping Companionship, Emotional Support;4) Support In Social Life;5) Taking Care Of The Preparation Of Meals;6) Assistance In Moving Around;7) Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters;8) Assistance In Running The Household, Shopping, Bringing Fuel And Lighting The Stove.4. Persons Providing Assistant Services Under The Subject Of The Order Must Have Qualifications As A Caregiver For The Elderly, A Medical Caregiver Or Have At Least Six Months Of Experience In Caring For People In Need Of Support, Documented With An Employment Certificate Or References.5. Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Because It Is Not Justified Due To The Small Scope Of Services Covered By The Order. The Division Of The Contract Into Lots Was Introduced By The Legislator In Order To Increase The Share Of The Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises (Sme) Sector In The Public Procurement Market And To Increase Competitiveness. According To The Ordering Party, The Scope Of This Order Is Adapted To The Needs Of The Sme Sector Without The Need To Expand It Further. Dividing It Is Therefore Pointless. Moreover, Such A Division Could Have Effects On The Competitiveness Of The Procedure And The Rationality Of Expenditures That Are Different From Those Intended By The Legislator, Because If The Contract Were Too Fragmented, It Could No Longer Be Attractive Also For Smes.
