The tender document can be obtained from the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All interested bidders must pay a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan francs (10,000 Rwf), which should be deposited into bank account No 443-2153198-11 at BPR (HVP Gatagara). Proof of payment must be presented to receive the Tender Document. All bids must be submitted to the secretariat office of HVP Gatagara Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Hospital no later than 14/01/2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 14/01/2026, at 11:00 a.m. local time. Bidders are welcome to attend the bid opening.
