Work Detail

The City Of Kuopio Is Requesting An Offer For The Low-Carbon Evaluation Service Of Urban Planning. The Service Can Be Used To Calculate, Evaluate And Compare The Climate Effects Of Land Use Plans At The Site Plan Level. Kuopios Site Planning Has An Average Of 30 Site Plans Per Year In Its Work Program. The Procurement Does Not Include Separate Software Development, But The System Will Be Implemented As A Complete Service (Saas). It Is Possible To Further Develop And Improve The Service While It Is In Use. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In This Request For Tender And Its Attachments. The Service Must Be In Use By The End Of March 2026. An Agreement Will Be Made Regarding The Procurement, Which Will Be Valid For The Time Being. The Estimated Total Value Of The Acquisition Is 80,000 Euros As A Four-Year Acquisition Cost. The Supplier Must Return The Following Completed Attachments As An Attachment To The Offer: Attachment 9 References, Attachment 10 Price Form And Attachment 11 Requirements.
