Separate Prices Have Been Requested For Different Tasks By Task Category. The Basic Period Of The Contract Is Five (5) Years And The Option Is One (1) Year. The Customer Chooses The Contractor Whose Offer Is Judged To Be The Most Economical Overall. The Selection Is Based On The Reference Price In €/Year. The Comparison Price Is Calculated Based On The Average Of The Completed Work Performances And The Price Per Work Performance Given By The Bidder. The Service Contract Will Not Be Divided Into Parts And Partial Offers Will Not Be Accepted. The Task That Requires Action At Any Given Time Must Be Completed Within The Given Scopes And By The Operating Hours And Must Be Acknowledged In The Receipt Program According To The Instructions Given By The Customer. Due To The Nature Of The Propertys Operations, The Customer Can Order Additional Visits For Different Tasks As Needed. Payment For Tasks Is Based On Confirmed Visits. The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Sites Before Submitting A Bid And To Appoint A Property Manager Or Foreman Responsible For The Site And To Keep A Work Diary For The Site.
