In Fulfillment Of The Contracts Under The Four Separate Items, The Contractor Is Expected To Carry Out The Following Activities: - Carrying Out Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Relevant Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; - Fulfilling The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Fulfillment Of All Obligations Of The Contracting Authority Provided For In The Said Ordinance; - Preparation Of A Final Report For The Relevant Construction, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Zut And Ordinance No. 2 Of July 31, 2003 On Commissioning Of Constructions In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For Completed Construction And Installation Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, Technical Passport Of The Relevant Construction, According To Art. 176A Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 2006 On The Technical Passports Of Constructions And Reports On The Implementation Of The Construction Waste Management Plan; - Management Of The Commissioning Processes Of The Relevant Construction Until The Issuance Of A Permit For Use/Certificate For Commissioning; - Management Of The Processes For Removing Defects Within The Warranty Periods Of The Relevant Construction;
