Tenders are invited for Leasing 36 MHz Satellite Space for Broadcasting State of Kuwait Channels to Cover North Africa and the Middle East on the Nilesat Satellite Orbit. Documents Price : KD 1,000 Documents may be Obtained from: Central Agency for Public Tenders. Important conditions and instructions: 1- Final deadline for bid submission is 1:00 PM on the closing date. 2- All documents must be submitted on a non-rewritable CD, except for the bid form and bid bond, which must be submitted as hard copies. 3- Indivisible. 4- A valid national workforce ratio certificate issued by the Public Authority for Manpower must be submitted with the bid. 5- Bidders must attach a valid "To Whom It May Concern" certificate from the Public Authority for Manpower confirming no suspension on the bidders file. Bid Bond: KD 45,000 valid for 90 days in favor of CAPT. Pre-tendering meeting: 10:00 AM on Wednesday, 28/01/2026, at the meeting hall of the Assistant Undersecretary for Engineering Affairs Office, Media Complex, Al-Soor Street. Inquiries: The relevant authority at the pre-tendering meeting. No inquiries will be accepted by CAPT. The text of the tender documents will be posted on the web site of CAPT for information before purchasing the tender documents. The offers should be submitted not later than 1:00 p.m. on the closing date mentioned above. The tenderers should observe the instructions related to submitting and depositing the offers on the CD posted on the website of CAPT at www.capt.gov. kw The above-mentioned price should be paid by certified cheque or Knet. Contractors/ companies should submit their enquiries to the interested body at time and place which are mentioned above of the pre-tendering meeting (inquiry session). Enquiries sent to CAPT will be disregarded. All documents should be submitted on CDs that cannot be copied, except for the text of the offer and the bid bond which should be submitted on paper.
