Calorimeters – Delivery Of A Cone Calorimeter With A System For Analyzing The Toxicity Of Combustion Products Of Biocomposites And Biomass Products Of Fibrous Plants. 1. Description Of The Minimum Technical Requirements And Other Types Of Properties Of The Equipment - Provided In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz. 2. The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order Includes At Least: 1) Sale And Delivery Of The Offered Equipment To The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Equipment Delivery), Which Will Be Located In Poznań. The Specific Address Of The Place Of Equipment Delivery Is Provided In § 3 Section 1 Of The Contract Template (Annex No. 7 Swz); 2) Preparation For Operation By The Ordering Party Of The Equipment Delivered To It, Consisting At Least In Carrying Out Its Assembly At The Place Of Equipment Delivery And Performing Other Types Of Appropriate Installation Activities Of Individual Devices, Components And Other Physical Elements, As Well As (After Completing The Above-Mentioned Assembly And Installation Activities) Performing The First Trial Run In Order To Demonstrate The Correct Operation (Work), As Well As Conducting Basic Training For The Ordering Partys Staff (Aimed At Preparing These People For Correct Operation And Practical Operation) For Equipment Offered And Delivered To The Ordering Party In The Execution Of This Order). The Specific Type And Scope Of Activities Included In The Scope Of Services Referred To Above In This Point And The Method Of Their Performance Are Provided In § 4 Of The Template Agreement; 3) Providing The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Equipment, However, It Is Required To Provide A Warranty For A Period Of Not Less Than 12 Months From The Date Of Delivery Of The Equipment To The Ordering Party (Taking Into Account Additional Provisions In This Regard Provided In § 6 Section 3 Of The Contract Template); 4) Providing The Ordering Party With Appropriate Licenses Authorizing The Ordering Party To Legally Use The Offered Programs (Software) Referred To In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz, As Well As Any Other Computer Programs That - As Components Or Accessories - Are Necessary To Use The Equipment On The Part Of The Ordering Party Or Will Be Offered; 5) Issuing To The Ordering Party: A) Documents Referred To In § 5 Section 1 Of The Template Agreement; B) Other Documents, If The Offered Equipment, Its Manufacturer Or Contractor, Or Legal Regulations Require Such Documents To Be Used By The Ordering Party (As A User). 2. The Scope Of This Order (Delivery) Also Includes Additional Services Requiring Performance On The Part Of The Contractor As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order Agreement, At The Stage After The Equipment Has Been Delivered To The Ordering Party, Such As Removing Defects And Performing Other Activities For The Ordering Party In Connection With The Warranty Granted For The Offered And Delivered Equipment. 3. Details Of The Services Included In The Section Indicated In Section 4 And 5 Above, The Scope Of Delivery Constituting The Subject Of This Order, As Well As Other Conditions Of Their Implementation, Including Conditions For The License Referred To In Section 4 Pkt 4) Powyżej - Podaje Wzór Umowy.
